To help develop this work we have been part of environmental initiatives since 2000. Today, we proudly have 33% of our area dedicated to habitats and environmental features that encourage flora and fauna to thrive.
We recognise there is an inherent link between the farmed and natural environment in our care and believe they can be managed in a way that promotes efficient food production and landscape and wildlife conservation.
“We have a rich heritage that has helped shape the countryside we enjoy and we have actively been working to enhance our environmental profile across our farming business for many years”
We work collaboratively with local environmental organisations and independent advisors to ensure we manage our woodlands in the best interest of the local area.
Our purpose is to continue to act as honourable long-term custodians, to protect the heritage created over past centuries and with integrity enhance the legacy for future generations.
